Licensed Plumber
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Licensed Plumber to perform residential and/or commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation work. This role requires strong technical competency, code compliance, and the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform service calls, remodel work, and new installations as assigned
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and local plumbing codes
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, solutions, and pricing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as required
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license (state or local, as required)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (varies by license level)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
Preferred
- Experience with remodels or service plumbing
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to upsell solutions ethically and professionally
