Water Heaters
Is a tankless water heater worth it?
A tankless water heater is worth it for many homes because it provides hot water on demand, never runs out during back-to-back showers, takes up far less space, and generally lasts longer than a tank. The trade-off is a higher upfront cost and, often, venting or gas-line upgrades during installation.
Tankless makes the most sense if you're tired of running out of hot water, want to reclaim the floor space a tank occupies, or plan to stay in the home long enough to benefit from the longer lifespan and efficiency.
A traditional tank can still be the better value if you want the lowest upfront cost or have very high simultaneous demand. We'll look at your home's setup and usage and give you an honest recommendation either way.
